Corporate Governance & Compliance.

The institutional framework we operate under — from LOI submission to bank instrument validation and confidentiality protection.

SECTION A

Structured Procurement Workflow

Four sequential milestones from qualification to bank-backed execution.

LOI + KYC Submission

Buyer submits a signed Letter of Intent with corporate KYC, licences and passport-copy set.

FCO Issuance

Seller issues a Full Corporate Offer with product specs, price, and Incoterms.

SPA / PI Signature

Sales & Purchase Agreement (or Proforma Invoice) is executed by both parties.

Bank Instrument Validation

Buyer’s bank issues SBLC / DLC MT760; seller’s bank validates and confirms.

SECTION B

Compliance & Banking Protocols

Acceptable financial mechanisms and third-party quality verification.

SBLC / DLC MT760

Standby and Documentary Letters of Credit issued via SWIFT MT760 from top-50 world banks.

Non-cash · RTGS

All settlements are non-cash, bank-to-bank — TT/RTGS with structured paper trail per compliance.

3rd-party SGS Inspection

SGS / CIQ / Cotecna verifies quality and quantity at load port before Bill of Lading issuance.

Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure.

All engagements with Keshari Nandan Enterprise are governed by a Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure and Working Agreement (NCNDA) executed at the earliest stage of qualified contact. This instrument protects introducing parties, principals, agents and mandates for the full duration of the transaction and any renewals.

Proprietary data — including counterpart identities, banking coordinates, refinery or mine sources, procurement routes, and pricing structures — is treated as strictly confidential. Disclosure to any third party outside the transaction workflow is prohibited without express written consent from all signatories.

Our operating standard follows the ICC 400/500/600 conventions on documentary credits, ICC uniform rules for demand guarantees, and the standard ICC NCNDA template as amended for multi-commodity trade. Violations trigger the liquidated damages and jurisdictional provisions specified inside the executed agreement.

Requests for a counter-signed NCNDA template, corporate registration certificates, or trade references can be routed through the Trade Desk. Documents are shared over secured channels only, following buyer/seller mutual verification.
